1. How should I configure my browser?
Answer:To make sure your browser is ready for WebCT, visit the WebCT browser tune-up. It has all the information you'll need to make your browser ready for WebCT.
2. How to Log on to WebCT
3. When I click on the "begin quiz" button and nothing happens -that the same page is on the screen no matter how many times I click the button?
Answer:Look at the bar on the bottom on the screen to make certain it is not there and also look behind the window to see if it popped under.
4. I cannot find the quizzes?
Answer:Make sure the blue arrow is pointing down in order to see the quizzes
5. I think I did correctly on actividad escrita, but the computer graded me wrong.
Answer:This may happen when you did not capitalize the first word in a sentence, did not type a period at the end of a sentence or miss an accent mark. Although there are indeed other possible answers sometimes, the best strategy to avoid this kind of problem is to pay close attention to the modelos(s) provided at the beginning of each activity. In addition, you might want to print out the problematic part and ask your instructor for help.
6. How do I print the written activity? The printer didn't print the activity I was doing.
Answer:Point your mouse curser on the activity or screen you want to print, right click the mouse and select "print" from the pop-up dialogue box.
7. How to enter accent and diacritical marks?
Answer:Access to the WebCT electronic workbook and click on the ¿Acentos? in the left hand from the "Course Menu"

The Learner Guide exists within a WebCT course, and is located on our WebCT Workbench server. Here's how to access the Learner Guide:
1. Go to http://workbench.webct.com:4036
2. Click on "Log on to myWebCT."
3. Enter "visit" for the username and "webct" for the password.
4. Click on the "WebCT Learner Guide V3" in the top lefthand corner to begin the course
5. Bookmark the course so you can return to the Learner Guide whenever you want to
