Victoria Ann Lewis will be giving her speech, "The Education of Tiny Tim: Disability, Democracy and the Theater," on Wednesday, December 3rd at 7:00 p.m. in the Center for Performing Arts Theater. Throughout her career Dr. Lewis founded the Other Voices Project as well as created several documentaries, written plays, and has recently turned to writing about the intersection of Disability Studies and Theatre Studies. Along with her speech she will offer student workshops in Theater and in Disability Studies classes. Her visit is part of the Humanities Institute Science and Sensibility PAE series and is co-sponsored by the Department of Theatre and Film and the Disabilities Studies Program.
