At Personnel Action you'll find:
- All the personnel action forms, in a PDF format that you can use to complete them on-line;
- Step-by-step instructions on how to complete each form;
- Routing workflow, that helps you to identify the next area to send each completed form throughout the approval process;
- List of help contacts for each form, in case you have questions, comments, or need help;
- Links to information that can help you complete the forms.
Forms require at least Acrobat Reader version 5.1
Please note that the PA forms are not currently compatible with Adobe Acrobat version 8.
